1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
SMS Cellphone Repair reserves the right to delay dispatch in cases of stock verification or payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Local collection is available at:

Customers selecting collection will be notified once their order is ready.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Cape Town: 1–3 business days
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Outlying Areas: 3–6 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We may offer:
- Flat-rate shipping
- Free shipping promotions (when applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
5. Courier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed to the courier:
- The courier becomes responsible for delivery.
- SMS Cellphone Repair is not liable for delays caused by the courier.
- Customers must ensure their delivery address and contact number are correct.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives:
- Damaged
- Opened
- With missing items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photos may be required for investigation.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the provided address.
8. Repair Shipping (If Applicable)
For customers couriering devices to us for repair:
- Devices must be securely packaged.
- SMS Cellphone Repair is not responsible for damage occurring during transit to our store.
- Return courier fees may apply unless otherwise agreed.
