🔄 Return & Refund Policy

SMS Cell Repairs

At SMS Cell Repairs, we aim to provide quality products and reliable service. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused
• The product must be in original packaging
• All accessories and manuals must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Earbuds or earphones that have been opened
• Used chargers or cables
• Clearance or sale itemS

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
• Include your order number

If approved, we will:

• Replace the item, or
• Offer a refund (if replacement is not available)

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable courier service
• SMS Cell Repairs is not responsible for lost return parcels

🔒 Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
