Standard Shipping: R100.00
Express Shipping: R150.00 for faster delivery

International Shipping: We ship to select countries worldwide for estimated R1500/R2000 International delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Processing Time

Most repairs are completed the same day. Orders for accessories and electronics are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection or has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's what you need to know:

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return unused items in their original packaging
Repair services come with a warranty - if you experience any issues with a repair, contact us immediately
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging

We'll provide you with return instructions
Ship the item back to us or drop it off at our shop
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
